Just wanted to drop you a note to express my appreciation for what a great help you and your team have been with Wired 96.5's annual New Year's Party. We sold in a little under $24,000 in tickets through your electronic fulfillment program in just 10 days, and our setup process was quick and painless.

Wired 96.5 couldn't have gotten anything near that fast a turnaround from a traditional fulfillment company, and since the certificates were delivered electronically, we sold tickets for the party right up until December 31st. Most of our sales occurred on the last 3 days of the promotion when people were thinking about which New Year's party they were going to go to, so having the ability to keep selling tickets right up to the wire was a great help.

Something else that I want to call attention to is your customer service staff. They were exceptional, fielding calls from our station and our customers, returning some calls as late as 1.00 am to help clients resolve technical issues. Please be sure to give my thanks to your whole customer service team. Everybody who called them had nothing but good things to say about them. Ivan was especially helpful in executing all last minute changes that we had. He is a great asset to your company.
